Terms & Conditions

By using We Rent Homes services, you agree to the following:

Services – We provide property rental, management, staging, design, and hosting services. All services are delivered based on agreed scopes, timelines, and fees. Extra services may incur additional costs.

Fees & Payments – Payments must be made as invoiced. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Property Management & Hosting – We manage properties with care, but are not liable for damages caused by tenants, guests, or third parties beyond our control.

Design & Renovation – Project timelines and costs are estimates. Client approval is required for major changes or cost variations.

Liability – We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control, including acts of nature, supplier delays, or third-party failures.

Termination – Services may be terminated by either party with written notice, subject to existing obligations.

Confidentiality – Client information is treated confidentially and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
